Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern reservations made with the company PADULACCIA for stays at the Hôtel Villa Padulaccia, located in Corsica, Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio area. Any reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 2 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the conditions for booking and staying at the Hôtel Villa Padulaccia: suites, rooms, dormitory, and associated services (spa, additional services).
Article 3 – Reservation
Bookings can be made by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or via the contact form on the website. Any booking is considered firm and definitive upon receipt of the deposit payment and written confirmation from PADULACCIA.
The client is required to provide accurate and complete information. Any booking made by a minor without the authorisation of their legal representative will be deemed null and void.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TIC). The tourist tax is extra and will be collected on-site according to the rate in force in the municipality.
Prices may be changed at any time, but the applicable rate is the one in force at the time of booking.
Article 5 – Payment Terms
A deposit is required at the time of booking for confirmation. The balance is to be paid no later than the day of arrival. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to the client upon booking confirmation.
Article 6 – Cancellation and modification conditions
6.1 Cancellation by the customer
The cancellation conditions and the fee schedule are communicated to the client upon confirmation of booking and accepted by them at that time. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay is due.
6.2 Modification by the Customer
Any request for modifications must be made in writing. It will be honoured subject to availability, without obligation on the part of the hotel.
6.3 Cancellation by the Hotel
In the event of force majeure or impossibility to honour the booking, PADULACIA undertakes to refund the full amounts paid, to the exclusion of any other compensation.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with'article L.221-28, point 12 of the Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date or at regular intervals are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, any booking is firm upon confirmation, subject to the cancellation conditions provided for in Article 6.
Article 8 – Arrival and Departure
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated to the client upon booking confirmation. Late check-outs may incur an additional charge, subject to availability.
One Police record (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA) will be completed on arrival for foreign clients.
Article 9 – Capacity and House Rules
The number of people accommodated per room cannot exceed the planned capacity. Access to communal areas (swimming pool, spa, lounges) must be in accordance with the house rules displayed on site.
The hotel reserves the right to end your stay, without refund, in the event of behaviour prejudicial to the tranquility or safety of other guests.
Article 10 – Liability
PADULACCIA accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage of the client's personal belongings. A safe is available on request.
The hotel is insured under professional indemnity.
Article 11 – Personal Data
The data collected as part of your booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 – Complaints
Any claims should be sent by email to contact@hotel-villapadulaccia.com or by post to the registered office, within a maximum of 15 days following the end of your stay.
Article 13 – Consumer Mediation
In accordance with'Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the client has the option, in the event of an amicable dispute remaining unresolved, to make free use of a consumer mediator. The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided to the client upon simple request addressed to contact@hotel-villapadulaccia.com.
The customer can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform : https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Article 14 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after all attempts at amicable resolution have failed, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the rules of competence applicable to consumers.
