  • Via WhatsApp / telephone communication: phone number, exchange content.

4. Recipients of the data

Your data is intended exclusively for PADULACCIA's internal services authorised to process it. It may be transmitted to:

  • Our hosting provider (OVH SAS, France); ;
  • Us Technical service providers (LP COLORS web agency, payment providers if applicable); ;
  • The competent authorities on legal request (police, justice); ;
  • Google LLC (United States) within the framework of Google Analytics and Google Ads, subject to your consent (see Cookie Policy).

No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers (notably Google) may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) or by Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Shelf life

  • Contact requests / leads: 3 years since last contact.
  • Clients (actual bookings) : 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship for prospecting; 10 years for accounting documents (legal requirement).
  • Hotel Police File: 6 months (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA).
  • Biscuits 13 months maximum.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights concerning your data:
