What a privatized hotel includes
Privatizing the hotel means having all the accommodation and common areas available without having to share them with other guests. The hotel has six rooms:
- three suites: Love, Land of Miracles and Travel Notebook ;
- Three rooms: Belle Demoiselle, Mon Paradis and Bouquet de Roses.

Spaces designed to bring people together
A shared house is mostly lived in in its common areas. At Hôtel Villa Padulaccia, the rooms were designed so that a group can be together without getting in each other’s way:
- the heated swimming pool of 20 × 5 m, with its integrated beach, facing the hills; ;
- the spa: massage room, jacuzzi and sauna, complemented by a gym; ;
- the living rooms with fireplaces, the open kitchen and its large round table, the glass wine cellar; ;
- the covered terrace and its long table, perfect for extended dinners; ;
- the games room, with billiards and table football, and a room for movie screenings; ;
- the terraces and the garden, between olive trees and scrubland.
The freedom of a villa, the comfort of a hotel
Renting a large house often means organizing everything yourself. Here, a dedicated manager is present on site during your stay. He anticipates your wishes and takes care of the organization: customized breakfasts, restaurant reservations, airport transfers, guided hikes, spa treatments by appointment. On request, the team can also organize yoga classes, a babysitting service, or any other special needs.
You retain the privacy of a family home, without having to deal with the logistical aspects. That’s the difference between renting and a privatized hotel.
A day at sea for the whole group
The hotel has a boat, an AXOPAR 37 Sun Top, that can accommodate up to 12 people. Sun decks at the front and back, a large table, a double cabin, two refrigerators, an opening roof, a shower and a ladder: everything you need to spend the day at sea, for example towards the Cerbicale Islands. Good to know before booking
- The hotel is entirely non-smoking, including the rooms and indoor areas. Outdoor spaces may be indicated by the team.
- Distributed over several levels, with stairs, the hotel is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- In 2026, the hotel was open from May 11 to September 30. The dates for the following season can be requested directly from the team.
- Privatization is on a per-room basis. To give you an idea, rooms are offered from €371 per night in low season, and suites from €457.
