Any reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 1 \u2013 Seller's Identification<\/h2>\n<p>\n<strong>Hooligan<\/strong> \u2013 Private limited company with a share capital of \u20ac200,000<br>\nHeadquarters: Route de Mezzavia, P\u00f4le de Suartello II, 20090 Ajaccio<br>\nOperating location: H\u00f4tel Villa Padulaccia, Sainte-Lucie district, Corsica<br>\nRCS Ajaccio \u2013 SIREN 891 732 885 \u2013 VAT FR68891732885<br>\nEmail <a href=\"mailto:contact@hotel-villapadulaccia.com\">contact@hotel-villapadulaccia.com<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 2 \u2013 Purpose<\/h2>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the conditions for booking and staying at the H\u00f4tel Villa Padulaccia: suites, rooms, dormitory, and associated services (spa, additional services).<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 3 \u2013 Reservation<\/h2>\n<p>Bookings can be made by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or via the contact form on the website. Any booking is considered <strong>firm and definitive<\/strong> upon receipt of the deposit payment and written confirmation from PADULACCIA.<\/p>\n<p>The client is required to provide accurate and complete information. Any booking made by a minor without the authorisation of their legal representative will be deemed null and void.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 4 \u2013 Price<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TIC). The tourist tax is extra and will be collected on-site according to the rate in force in the municipality.<\/p>\n<p>Prices may be changed at any time, but the applicable rate is the one in force at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 5 \u2013 Payment Terms<\/h2>\n<p>A deposit is required at the time of booking for confirmation. The balance is to be paid no later than the day of arrival. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to the client upon booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 6 \u2013 Cancellation and modification conditions<\/h2>\n\n<h3>6.1 Cancellation by the customer<\/h3>\n<p>The cancellation conditions and the fee schedule are communicated to the client upon confirmation of booking and accepted by them at that time. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay is due.<\/p>\n\n<h3>6.2 Modification by the Customer<\/h3>\n<p>Any request for modifications must be made in writing. It will be honoured subject to availability, without obligation on the part of the hotel.<\/p>\n\n<h3>6.3 Cancellation by the Hotel<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of force majeure or impossibility to honour the booking, PADULACIA undertakes to refund the full amounts paid, to the exclusion of any other compensation.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 7 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with'<strong>article L.221-28, point 12 of the Consumer Code<\/strong>, accommodation services provided on a specific date or at regular intervals <strong>are not subject to the right of withdrawal<\/strong>. Therefore, any booking is firm upon confirmation, subject to the cancellation conditions provided for in Article 6.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 8 \u2013 Arrival and Departure<\/h2>\n<p>Check-in and check-out times will be communicated to the client upon booking confirmation. Late check-outs may incur an additional charge, subject to availability.<\/p>\n<p>One <strong>Police record<\/strong> (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA) will be completed on arrival for foreign clients.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 9 \u2013 Capacity and House Rules<\/h2>\n<p>The number of people accommodated per room cannot exceed the planned capacity. Access to communal areas (swimming pool, spa, lounges) must be in accordance with the house rules displayed on site.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel reserves the right to end your stay, without refund, in the event of behaviour prejudicial to the tranquility or safety of other guests.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 10 \u2013 Liability<\/h2>\n<p>PADULACCIA accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage of the client's personal belongings. A safe is available on request.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel is insured under professional indemnity.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 11 \u2013 Personal Data<\/h2>\n<p>The data collected as part of your booking is processed in accordance with our <a href=\"\/en\/politique-de-confidentialite\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 12 \u2013 Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>Any claims should be sent by email to <a href=\"mailto:contact@hotel-villapadulaccia.com\">contact@hotel-villapadulaccia.com<\/a> or by post to the registered office, within a maximum of 15 days following the end of your stay.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 13 \u2013 Consumer Mediation<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with'<strong>Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code<\/strong>, the client has the option, in the event of an amicable dispute remaining unresolved, to make free use of a consumer mediator.
